O-QIS is a comprehensive system for data collection and real time control. The operator can choose to automatically transfer measured values via interfaces or alternatively, collect data manually as needed. Entire files can be transferred when using larger measuring devices. Results are instantly displayed assuring data integrity and security. Alarm controls can be individually configured in a real time system allowing for quick reaction and management. The latest measurements can be visualized alongside historical data for a comprehensive view which in turn provides reliability and stability of the data collection process.

The Process Manager provides everything you need to plan, design and allocate test plans based on a company's production structure and operator spheres of responsibility. Because the requirements for viewing test and measurement data may differ from person to person, Q-PRM can help configure visualization options according to need (i.e. plant-wide views, departmental, production line based, cycle time and/or machine views can be easily configured or structured.)
On the shop floor, the view may be more process oriented or based around multiple production machines. For more comprehensive evaluations, the emphasis may be placed on product families or versions, etc. The Process Manager can easily separate or combine data views as needed for faster task oriented evaluation and more accurate in-depth analysis.
